Requesting Rooms and Events
Bunker Hill Community College uses 25Live Pro, a scheduling software, to schedule classrooms and other college rooms and facilities. The scheduling software provides a centralized scheduling system and data repository for courses and events scheduled into classrooms, other college rooms and facilities at BHCC. The software allows faculty, staff and the Events Planning Office to search for classrooms or events spaces by room, building location, check availability, view room features, view room capacity and see photographs of the room layout right from a calendar.
Before requesting access to 25Live Pro, please note the following:
Requesting classrooms, other college rooms and facilities is limited to staff and faculty who have been approved as requesters in the scheduling software. Students and student organizations wishing to reserve a space on campus for a meeting or event will need to work with Student Activities.
After submitting a room/event request form, please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be reviewed and processed. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If the location you are requesting is not available, the Academic Records Office staff will contact you to arrange alternative scheduling options.
Lesley University at BHCC courses shall submit the approved classrooms use form through BHCC’s scheduling software.
Staff and faculty can find step-by-step instructions on how to log in, search for availability, reserve a room, edit/cancel a room request or submit a recurring meeting in BHCC’s scheduling software in the Academic Records Office intranet site.
