About The Departments of Community Education and Adult Education Pathways

The Departments of Community Education and Adult Education Pathways empower professional and personal advancement offering essential courses designed to help students achieve their career and life-long-learning goals.

There are flexible language programs offered through our Language Institute for English skills improvement. These courses are deigned to meet the needs of English Language Learners who need either intensive full time classes or part time, day, evening or weekend classes. We offer other innovative programs designed to help visiting international students work or study in the States such as US culture programs for Au Pairs and TOEFL Preparation.

Many of the courses are bridge builders to more traditional academic pathways leading to certificate and degree programs; and other courses are unique offerings enabling students to achieve their life goals through non-traditional education. Our Adult Education Pathways enable adults to learn English, get a high school equivalency and to transition into college or another post – secondary opportunity.

Community education offers affordable classroom programs, hybrid and online courses with trained faculty.Courses range for computer instruction to test preparation to essential certifications like Serv-Safe.
