Twenty-year Army veteran Stephen Snyder-Hill visited Bunker Hill Community College on November 10, 2016, as part of the College’s Veterans Day celebration. In 2011, several days after the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” the official U.S. policy on gays serving in the military, Stephen Snyder-Hill, then Captain Hill, was serving in Iraq.
