A U.S. Army veteran who was captured and held as a POW in the opening weeks of the war in Iraq brought a message of endurance and fellowship to Bunker Hill Community College on Nov. 7, as part of the College’s recognition of Veterans Day.

‌The men’s soccer team of Bunker Hill Community College hopes the third time’s the charm. For the third time in four years, the BHCC Bulldogs will compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III National Championships, which begin Thursday, Nov. 14, in Herkimer, New York.
