BHCC’s Foundations of IT Support program is for you! This hybrid program was built to fit into your busy schedule, co-designed with adult learners, and validated by area employers and content experts in the field of IT Support. Upon completion, you will hold the industry-recognized certifications required for the role of IT Support Specialist, which earns a median wage of $57,910  ($27.84/hr) in the greater Boston region.

CompTIA A+ Exam

CompTIA A+ certified professionals are proven problem solvers. They support today’s core technologies from security to networking to virtualization and more. CompTIA A+ is the industry standard for launching IT careers into today’s digital world.​

Our dedicated staff will guide you through every step of the program with targeted coaching and support, making sure you are successful in completing the course and passing your certification exams.  

The Foundations of IT Support program is designed to be digitally discoverable as well as stackable to a degree program: 

  • You will develop an ePortfolio upon completion of this program to share with potential employers
  • You will have the opportunity to receive course credit for passing the CompTIA A+ Exam should you decide to continue on to a degree program in the future 

The cost for the Foundations of IT Support program is $2,499
