New York Times best-selling author, social entrepreneur and motivational leader Wes Moore spoke on February 23, 2017, on urban policing in communities of color as part of BHCC’s Compelling Conversations series. His presentation, “Policing: The Rise and Rising Up of the Disillusioned” addressed a timely issue central to the College’s mission and institutional values.
