WorkKeys Assessments and the National Career Readiness Certificate©
WorkKeys is a system that helps you measure and improve your job skills.
Successful completion of three WorkKeys assessments—Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents—can help an individual earn the ACT® WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate® (NCRC®), a credential that documents essential work skills.

Examinees that complete the Spanish-language versions of the assessments are eligible for an ACT National Career Readiness Certificate en Español©.
Spring 2023: Students in the Foundations of IT Support Program have the opportunity to take the WorkKeys assessments and earn the NCRC© .
How to Earn the National Career Readiness Certificate
To earn the NCRC© students must take the following WorkKeys assessments. Tests are administered by computer.

Register for the WorkKeys at BHCC
The WorkKeys test is available on BHCC’s Charlestown campus.
BHCC students can take the WorkKeys assessments for free.
Non-BHCC students can take the WorkKeys assessments at BHCC; there is a fee of TBD.
